How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find ClearGuard and tap Cancel Subscription.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open ClearGuard, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. The app then refreshes entitlement from Apple, syncs status via our subscription endpoint, and uses Adapty fallback if backend status is temporarily unavailable.
What is free vs Premium?
Scanning and reviewing cleanup buckets is free. Deleting selected items and Quick Clean delete actions require Premium.
What usage metrics are collected?
We collect anonymized metrics for scan, cleanup, paywall, purchase, and restore flows (for example counts, durations, and outcome states). Photos and videos are not uploaded as analytics payloads.
